In-depth one-on-one short-term therapy guided by astrology

What is it?
6 weekly one-on-one 50-minute sessions (in person in Los Angeles or via Zoom) that take an in-depth look at your birth chart and current transits while taking into account your personal psychology and goals.

Why this and not a standard birth chart reading or traditional psychotherapy?

• One-off astrology readings are exciting! They’re jam-packed with sparkly information about your strengths, challenges, patterns, and the phases you’re currently living through, but there is rarely enough time to go deeper. With the intensive, you can connect the broader picture to your lived experience. We can take time considering what it all means and how you can apply it to the future.
• Long-term depth psychotherapy is incredibly beneficial and rewarding — for the ongoing consistency of a trusted relationship, at the very least. It can also be a hefty commitment of indeterminate time and money. Astrology, too, is a transpersonal and humanistic perspective that depathologizes our behavior and experience. The intensive is a succinct container that helps you specify your goals and what kind of supports you need.

Who is it for?

• Anyone who wants to dip their toe in transpersonal therapy
• Anyone with a knowledge of astrology who wants to learn more through deeper reflection and mentorship (i.e. How is my Scorpio Moon affecting my relationships? What do my 2nd, 6th, and 10th houses say about my struggle to feel comfortable in my relationship to money and career?)
• Anyone who craves a space to emotionally process with a therapist who has knowledge of their birth chart and transits

SAMPLE SCHEDULE

Session 1

• Current thoughts, concerns, goals
• Natal Birth Chart reading + transits & progressions Overview - A look at who you are: your innate strengths and challenges; modes of self-expression, creativity, and intelligence; relational dynamics, and emotional landscape + current transits and what challenges or growth they present.
• Identify reflection/journaling style through Mercury placement
• Homework: reflect on what stood out in the reading overview so far. Connect how it relates to your initial goals and concerns.

Session 2

• Address reflections from the first session. Specify goals.
• Continue with a deeper investigation into the birth chart and current transits + progressions
• Homework: continue to reflect/journal

Sessions 3, 4, & 5

• Integration using an in-depth and therapeutic lens to process what was discussed in the first two sessions and developing personalized strategies to take action toward your desired goals.
• Homework: Continuing to reflect and practice steps toward your goals

Session 6

• Reviewing previous 5 weeks
• Overview of long-term future transits and progressions
• Thoughts and recommendations on next steps

$195/session for 6 sessions. $390 deposit paid up front
A Note on Payment: The $390 deposit paid here goes towards your first 2 sessions. You are then charged $195 on the day of the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th sessions via IVYpay (a therapist-specific encrypted payment platform). If you reside outside the U.S. this can be done via Stripe or PayPal. You will never be charged unknowingly and will receive a receipt upon payment.

• If you have had an individual reading with me within the last 3 months, you will receive one session of the intensive for free.

• Once you’ve completed the intensive, you’ll receive a discount code for 20% off any future readings for yourself.
